Welcome thelongexile
My name is Sara.
I work with children and adults, supporting emotional development, attachment, and healing from early life experiences.
I am trained as a preschool and early school teacher, and I am completing certification as an IOPT (Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma) trauma therapist.
My background combines education, counseling, and trauma-informed work.
For many years, I have worked closely with children, families, and adults — listening not only to words, but to what lives underneath behavior, silence, and emotions.
I believe that many struggles are not signs of weakness.
They are signs of adaptation.
Healing begins when we feel safe enough to:
slow down
feel what is present
understand our inner world
and take our own experience seriously
I live in Norway and work with people in Norway, Ethiopia, and internationally through online sessions.
Our Space
A calm refuge where healing and connection gently unfold.
I felt truly seen and safe here, finally able to breathe and grow gently.
Mia R.
This space helped me connect with my emotions without fear or judgment.
